The guide sorts organizations into five levels of AI maturity and describes, for each one, the signs that mark it, the sentence you hear inside it, and the right first move out of it. At its centre is a 12-question assessment you can run with your team in 30 minutes: each of the four blocks is a gate to a level, and your level is the highest block where you can answer yes to all three.
