Business Process Automation

We automate repetitive work across operations, marketing, sales, and support using AI and logic tailored to your organization.

  • Cross-department process mapping
  • AI and rule-based automation, mixed as needed
  • Reduced manual handoffs and error rates
  • Built around your existing tools, not a rip-and-replace

Every organization has repetitive, rule-based work hiding across operations, marketing, sales, and support. We map it, then automate it with a mix of AI and deterministic logic built around how your team actually operates.

The result is fewer manual handoffs, fewer errors, and hours returned to the people who were doing the work by hand.

PROCESS

How automation goes live

30 MINUTES

Discovery Call

We talk through the three tasks that eat the most time and which tools they run on today. Free, no strings attached.

  • First shortlist of candidate processes
  • Scope of the automation becomes clear

1–2 WEEKS

Process Mapping

We map operations, marketing, sales and support flows step by step, measuring the duration, handoffs and failure points of each one.

  • End-to-end process map
  • Per-step time and error measurement

3–8 WEEKS

Build and Cutover

We mix rule-based logic with AI where each belongs, build on top of your existing tools, and run the automation in parallel before switching over.

  • Flows integrated with current tools
  • Parallel run and verification

MONTHLY

Monitoring and Expansion

We watch exceptions and hours saved, then take the next process through the same method.

  • Error and exception monitoring
  • Monthly hours-saved report

FAQ

What clients ask about automation

No. Automation is built on top of the tools you already use and connects through their API or an integration layer. Replacing a system is a last resort, not a first move.

No — and that's deliberate. Steps that can be expressed as rules run on deterministic logic; AI is used only where judgement, classification or text generation is genuinely needed. That's both cheaper and far more predictable.

Critical steps keep a human approval. Every run is logged, exceptions drop into a queue and the owner is notified. Nothing fails silently.

The goal isn't to cut people, it's to take repetitive work off them. We report the hours saved; where those hours go is your call.

Mapping ends with an estimate of hours saved per process. First automations typically pay back in 3–6 months, measured against the baseline.
