Enterprise AI Consulting & Solution Partnership

Enterprise AI consulting, process consulting, and team training under one roof. We define the strategy, build the system, and measure the time it wins back.

  • A two-week enterprise AI maturity diagnosis and roadmap
  • Long-running solution partnership: accountable for outcomes, not deliverables
  • Department-level process mapping and automation prioritization
  • Role-specific enterprise AI training
  • Ownership and accountability assigned for every AI-assisted step
  • Efficiency metrics defined up front and measured at day 90
  • Handover documentation, so the delivery leaves no dependency

Enterprise AI consulting does not start with picking a tool. The first two weeks go to diagnosis: a written report on which processes are ready for AI, what condition your data is in, and which maturity level your teams actually operate at. The report is yours to keep even if you do not continue.

A solution partnership is different from software vendoring. A vendor hands over a product and the relationship ends there; a solution partner is accountable for the outcome. We stay with the same team from diagnosis through rollout, team training, and the day-90 measurement, and we define success as the time your organization wins back rather than the delivery of a project.

Process consulting and training are the parts that last. We map processes department by department and decide together which steps become automated and which stay with people. Role-specific training then brings your team to the point where they can change the system themselves. Our measure is simple: if your team can change it without us, the job is done.

What enterprise AI consulting covers

Not three separate purchases, but one programme run end to end by the same team.

Enterprise AI Consulting

We start with a two-week diagnosis: which processes are ready for AI, what condition the data is in, and which maturity level the teams operate at. It ends with a prioritised roadmap and a written report.

Solution Partnership Model

A vendor delivers the product and withdraws; a solution partner stays accountable for the outcome. We run with the same team from diagnosis through rollout to the day-90 measurement.

PROCESS

How the consulting engagement runs

30 MINUTES

Discovery Call

We talk through which teams are stuck on which work, and what you actually expect AI to change. Free, no strings attached.

  • Pick the first team and process
  • Scope of the engagement becomes clear

2 WEEKS

Maturity Diagnosis

Stakeholder interviews and a process inventory tell us where the team really stands today — how people work, not which tools they own.

  • Per-team maturity score
  • Baseline time and error metrics

4–8 WEEKS

Pilot Team

In one team, we embed AI-assisted steps inside the real workflow and coach people one-on-one until it becomes a habit.

  • An owner assigned to every step
  • Weekly coaching and a prompt library

MONTHLY

Rollout

We carry the way of working proven in the pilot to the other teams, and report adoption and hours saved every month.

  • Team-to-team handover plan
  • 90-day durability measurement

FAQ

What clients ask about consulting

Using a tool and changing a process are two different things. Individual use can't be measured or handed over; we embed AI inside the workflow, name an owner for each step, and measure the time it saves.

The programme teaches workflows, not machine learning. Nobody trains a model; everyone learns the handful of steps they will actually use in their own job.

Resistance usually comes from the fear of being replaced. We start the pilot with the most tedious, time-consuming task, so the team is the first to benefit — and the rollout spreads by choice.

Baseline metrics — cycle time, handoffs, error rate — are written down during the diagnosis. The monthly report tracks those numbers, and if there's no improvement, we write that down too.

Written workflow definitions, a prompt library, an ownership matrix and a trained team. The test is simple: if your team can change the system without us, the job is done.

A vendor delivers a product and its responsibility ends at delivery. A solution partner is accountable for the outcome: it runs the diagnosis, builds the system, trains the team, and measures the time won back at day 90. We work as the second kind, so success is measured by the hours your organization recovers rather than by a project marked complete.

Training is part of the consulting and is not priced separately. Leaving behind a team that cannot operate the system we built would be leaving the job half done. Training is split by role: process owners, everyday users, and managers each get different material.

Mapping one department's processes typically takes two to three weeks. You end up with three things: a step-by-step map of the current process, an automation-readiness assessment for each step, and a priority list ordered by impact and cost.
